- A deposit of 50% of total is required before work proceeds to ensure materials can be purchased and left onsite. This payment is non-refundable.
- Any job may be refused down to the discretion of Jackiesdragonroofing.
- If purchasing a house that needs a quote/ report this service is a charged service and is non-refundable.
- We offer a 1 year guarantee on any full roofing works (this exclude repairs on old roofs).
- There is a 30 day guarantee on repair works (during 30 days of completion any
problems will be booked in and covered under original payment). - Areas marked on our website with (*) we charge a non-refundable callout charge (any
areas past a 20 mile range are subject to this charge as well). - Any extra work that is required or discovered during a job will be discussed and charged accordingly.
- Any materials brought in by clients are to be corrected by the clients if incorrect.
- All jobs that require scaffolding must have the scaffolding payment before work
commences. - Any works that require scaffolding may incur damages, these damages are not covered by Jackiesdragonroofing, information for the scaffolding company may be passed over.
- All jobs that require scaffolding must be paid in full before the scaffolding will be
removed pending a paid invoice. - Property works are not normally carried out in weather deemed too dangerous to work in, due to type of work, this includes rain, snow, strong winds etc.
